Duncan and his 2 team members arrived promptly on the morning and were quickly working under the house to replace the old wiring and install 2 power points and some new lights. They were friendly and finished the job by early afternoon which was well within the estimated scope of the work . Extremely pleased with the work and that there were no over-runs. We had an issue with the house/workshop constantly tripping, and Duncan took the time to properly diagnose the fault. It turned out we had a failed switchboard. He clearly itemised everything that needed to be done, explained each part of the job in a way we could understand, and then got everything installed as quickly as possible. We couldn’t fault the whole experience. What impressed us most was his honesty. He was upfront about the issues, transparent with his pricing, and his costs were very competitive.
